Account Executive

We currently have multiple openings for Senior Account Executives. As a member of the Business Development Team, you will have the opportunity to work with Fortune 500 clients across North America in many industry verticals. A major part of our business focuses on ITS and SAP Professional Services. We are looking for a Senior Account Executive with a proven track record within a consulting or direct placement firm with a focus on SAP or ITS.

The ideal candidate will posses the following:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 3-5 years experience selling software or IT professional services
  • Strong drive to exceed target performance metrics
  • A broad knowledge of SAP applications and their business relevance
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate with C-Level execs

Recruiter

SophLogic is looking for a Recruiters to work in our corporate offices in Bradenton, Florida (southwest of Tampa). SophLogic provides Information Technology Consulting and Staffing services to the North American market. Currently, we work with over 500 of the Fortune 1000 clients throughout the U.S. and Canada. Our clients include industry leaders in both the public and private sectors. Our company has grown based on high energy and positive attitudes.

As a Recruiter at SophLogic, you will:

  • Fill critical positions for our outstanding client base
  • Work closely with the Account Executive team to source resources for project based work and individual assignments.
  • Determine the skills/talent needed for each ITS and SAP position
  • Source, solicit, evaluate and present viable candidates for placement
  • Assist with employment advertising, employment branding and development of recruiting materials
  • Coordinate the tracking of all openings and all candidates for those openings.

Additional Responsibilities will include:

  • Source potential candidates from SophLogic Internal Database, Internet Tools, Direct Sourcing and most importantly, by building up your own network of top talent
  • Screen Candidates to evaluate experience, skills and compensation expectations.
  • Professionally prepare candidates prior to Client interviews.
  • Follow – up with clients and candidates and document post-interview feedback from candidate, gauge candidates interests and concerns and begin the closing process.
  • Present, review, negotiate and close Job or Contract Offers to the Candidate.
  • Negotiate and Close Final Offer and Candidate Start Date.
  • Leverage recruiting resources, including Sourcers to assist in recruiting the most highly qualified candidates for SophLogic Clients.
  • Log and maintain all relevant candidate information into the applicant tracking system.
  • Learn and maintain a complete and thorough understanding of our applicant tracking system.
  • Be the candidates' “point of contact” for all communication, scheduling and logistics regarding client interviews.
  • Create and foster relationships with other SophLogic Recruiters to develop and maintain “Best Business Practices” for attracting and recruiting the most qualified talent for SophLogic and its clients.
  • Maintain professional working relationships with all other staff at SophLogic.
  • Work with Account Executives to develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ culture.
  • Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost effective Recruiting strategies. Learn how to create, utilize and evaluate direct sourcing techniques (headhunting), job boards, user groups, etc.
  • Maintain and educate oneself in the most current trends in the industry.
  • Actively participate in regular Recruiting Meetings and Training Sessions.
  • Provide Training and Assistance to fellow Recruiters in the most Professional manner at all times.
  • Seek out and participate in “Professional Recruiting Training”, both in and out of the office.

Virtual Recruiter

Do you live outside a 100 mile radius from our office?  If so, working virtually might be for you!  SophLogic provides Information Technology Consulting and Staffing services to the North American market. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for:

  • Building candidate relationships
  • Creating and building candidate “best fit” searches based on job description criteria provided by the client
  • Participating in annual tradeshows
  • Closing candidates with client offers
  • Providing candidate searches for House Accounts
  • Preparing candidates before their interview
  • Arranging telephone and in-person interviews between the Account Managers, client and your candidate(s)
The ideal candidate should have:
  • Previous experience working as a Recruiter in a Staffing or Professional Services environment
  • A University Degree or College Diploma
  • Type “A” personality
  • Extremely outgoing and friendly
  • High energy level
  • An ability to prioritize tasks and stay on top of things
