An end-to-end provider of SAP staffing solutions, SophLogic has emerged as the only firm of its kind to offer the value of SAP staffing services in both contract, contract to hire and permanent staffing - all available from one provider.

It was the opportunity to provide more value to clients that inspired founder Michael Bovaird to leave his position as Director of SAP Recruiting at a Big 5 consulting company and form SophLogic in 1998. While the ERP industry is rife with consulting companies that overcharge clients and hold close their knowledge to ensure clients remain dependent, he knew he could provide the same resources with much greater value for clients. He created a lean organization that could adapt and respond to opportunities more quickly, providing SAP clients with the same services as the Big 5 – but better, cheaper, and faster.

Operating by the standard of providing more value for clients, SAP Staffing earned a reputation for consistently producing a greater number of high-caliber professionals than other professional services firms, through its extensive
proprietary network of SAP talent.

As the firm’s status in the SAP industry grew, its scope of services expanded to include a new division, SophTech Solutions. SophTech Solutions has grown out of the natural extension of expertise to IT staffing services.
