Michael Bovaird, B.A., C.H.R.M., C.H.R.P., President
As President and founder, Michael Bovaird leads the company’s strategic direction and manages performance targets to drive the company’s expansion goals and day-to-day operations.
Michael leads the organization in developing and maintaining the firm’s critical relationships, contributing more than a decade of leadership in the SAP field to assist clients with organization-level issues surrounding enterprise resource planning. He consults on successful strategies for maximizing return on investment in IT and facilitates efficient allocation of internal and external resources for client companies, pinpointing where IT dollars should be concentrated for greatest organizational benefit.
Michael’s professional career includes an integral role in the growth of a previous SAP consulting company to over $90 million in revenue and 550 SAP professionals, eventually merging with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he assumed management responsibilities for several years before founding SophLogic.
In addition to extensive management experience, Michael also holds a base of hands-on SAP and IT experience designing and developing both ERP and ITS methodologies, overseeing successful implementations of multiple enterprise wide technologies, managing upgrades and enhancements of SAP R/3 as Project Director, and also integrating SAP modules including HR, FI, CO, SD and MM.
Michael developed a passion for entrepreneurship at an early age and solidified his future success with his academic pursuits. He is university educated and certified as a Human Resources Manager and is recognized as an outstanding leader in the SAP and IT consulting and professional services industry.
